1. Area of plot.
2. Number of floors to be built.
3. Number of bed rooms on each floor.
4. Any additional or special room like a study room or a pryer place etc. at any floor.
5. Orientation of the plot by showing the true north.
If u want to get an Auto CAD drawing file of the plan then u can get by paying a small amount. A full structural as well as architectural drawing with sewerage and drainage and electrical descriptions will cost u a bit more but much less than what is prevailing in the market.

Area of the plot is 54X100 feet.
want house on 54x80 feet, leavinf front 20 feet free for commercial use.
5 beds in total on two floors, as one unit. One servant quarter on first floor.
Total covered area to be less than 4500 squre feet ( both floors)

Plot size 50 x 90 feet. Please share contact details
